A conference room and two offices straddling covered parking comprise the first phase in an expansion and upgrade of this insurance office in a cramped older building.

Maintenance free split faced block with a rough stone finish maintains fire separation from adjacent buildings and compliments the natural cedar siding on the alley side. The conference and office spaces are skewed to afford better views and to add rhythm and articulation to the facade.

A planned second phase will replace the older structure with additional office space and an entrance lobby on Broadway.
